// 1. SERVICE PROVISION

TelcoSec provides an automated compliance monitoring platform designed to assist Essential Entities in aligning with Directive (EU) 2022/2555 (NIS2). The self-assessment results and infrastructure scans provided are for advisory purposes.

// 2. DATA SOVEREIGNTY

All assessment data is stored within the EU (Cloudflare D1 SQL) and is encrypted at rest. Regulatory evidence uploaded to the "Safe Room" is mirrored across EU edge locations to ensure availability.

// 3. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

While TelcoSec implements continuous verification of technical controls, formal regulatory certification remains the sole responsibility of the management body of the Essential Entity as per Article 20.
